The meeting of ACCORD was called to order at 2.30pm on 07:02:2021 at Trinity Hall, Central University, Dawhenya.

Key Notes:
- Approval of our new name: by a Majority of Votes (Head Count), the Chairman moved the motion for a change of the old name; Central City Landowners Association (CCLAD) to a proposed new name; Association of Central City Owners & Residents, Dawhenya: ACCORD
- Approval of the proposed Constitution as distributed
- Next step to be taken is registration of our Association
- For the avoidance of doubt, the old Association was not dissolved. A joint meeting of Interim Executives merged the new and old Association on 08.11.2020 to pursue the common goal; Securing our lands and development of Central City Community
- The Ronidany Representative did not show up despite prior acceptance of invitation and confirmation to attend
- The Chief and Elders did not show up despite prior acceptance of invitation and confirmation to attend
- All land and property owners around Central University catchment, Dawhenya are hereby called upon; Develop their lands rapidly without fears and come on board the ACCORD
- It was unanimously agreed that a new Register of Members be created to serve as a common platform and unified mechanism for the development of Central City Community. Activities such road network, electrification project, water, etc envisaged
- Electrification project will continue as soon as the cables are approved
- The Interim Management Committee will remain in place until the 3rd Quarter and Elections will be held on a date to be agreed December, 2021
- Members to collaborate to remove all barriers erected by Ronidany or any others
- Five (5) member committee has been set up to oversee further research and recommend actions regarding all land disputes and claims involving all stakeholders. Members for the Committee are: Lawyer Jasper Doe, Hon. Dr. Gideon Quarcoo, Mr. Isaac Boye, Mr. David Ocansey and Mr. Raphael Tornyi
- Donations were made by Members: GHS 500.00.
