The meeting with Ronidany took place at the Trinity Hall, Central University, Dawhenya on Sunday, 14:02:2021 started at 3.33pm
At the beginning, the Representative of Ronidany took us through a short history about how they acquired their land. According to him, Ronidany bought 2000 acres of the lands about 8 years ago. After the brief history, he showed to us all the related land documents: Land Title, Court Judgements, Toposheet of the 2000 acres of land, etc
We had the opportunity to ask questions that were fully answered by the Representative of Ronidany. We took copies of all Ronidany land related documents.
Ronidany stated clearly that they will be reasonable with all land and property owners that may find themselves within the catchment of their coordinates.
Again he stated clearly that not all shall be satisfied especially land owners that have not done any developments on their plots may be relocated to a different land. No demolishing may take place.
We agreed to get back to Ronidany after verifying all documents and consultations. A team of four members started the verification of the documents. We shall keep you updated.
We also took pictures with Rondany Representative and the meeting came to an end at 5.16pm.
We want to use this opportunity to say everyone should stay calm and continue the development of their projects. We need all members to rally behind the good work we are doing to enable us a good outcome.
Land and property owners please assist us put together our register. It has great impact to make on our overall collective efforts.
